Processing Time All Swoopline products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
Australia: Tees are $49.99 delivered — no additional shipping charge at checkout. Production takes 2–7 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs — Australian tee orders ship free — no additional charge at checkout. For New Zealand and international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Swoopline is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
